light headed. too much energy/too little energy? i dunno. feels like blood tension had dropped subsequently. feels like collapsing or just the whole world spinning. they say is the cold. im cold. i dont even know that i am, all i see the sky is clear sun is bright so i left my windows open. i didnt even know i was cold. just everything seems to spin. so i lie down still last night. took an early night cap resting my back, organising things via phone calls -i shud've been active. i shudn't 've been like this. but i was. even the 12 hours sleep is doing nothing to my head, my eyes, my spine. all is limbo. feels like fainting. feels like crying.
